Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how Aegis Protocol Private Limited dispatches and delivers its products across India.

1. Service Area

We currently ship to all serviceable pincodes within India. We do not ship internationally at this time. Cross-border shipping is planned for a future phase but is not currently available.

2. Launch and Initial Allocation

Aegis Protocol kits dispatch begins from Q3 2026 as part of our initial clinical allocation. Customers reserving early access through the Site will be notified by email and WhatsApp when dispatch begins. Reservation does not constitute purchase; you will be invited to complete payment when your allocation is ready.

Delivery times depend on your location and the chosen courier partner. Estimated timelines from dispatch:

5. Shipping Charges

Free shipping across India on both the 14-day kit (Rs. 2,499) and the Extended 28-Day Regimen (Rs. 4,799). No hidden charges.

6. Packaging

Aegis Protocol kits are dispatched in Alu-Alu (aluminium-aluminium) blister packaging within a sealed outer carton. The Alu-Alu blister ensures complete moisture isolation, which is critical for probiotic viability in Indian climatic conditions. The outer carton is tamper-evident and labelled with handling instructions.

7. Temperature and Storage During Transit

Aegis Protocol probiotic strains are formulated with lyophilised cultures stable at ambient Indian temperatures for the duration of standard shipping (typically up to 14 days). No cold chain is required during transit. On receipt, store the unopened kit in a cool, dry place below 30 degrees Celsius, away from direct sunlight.

8. Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and WhatsApp. You can track your order on the courier partner's website. If tracking does not update within 48 hours of dispatch or shows no movement, contact support@aegisprotocol.in with your order ID.

9. Delivery Attempts and Failed Deliveries

Most courier partners attempt delivery 2 to 3 times. If all attempts fail, the package returns to our facility. We will contact you to arrange re-dispatch. Re-dispatch may incur a Rs. 100 handling fee in cases of repeated failed delivery due to incorrect address or unavailability.

10. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information. If you notice an error in the address after placing the order, contact support@aegisprotocol.in immediately. We can amend the address only if the order has not yet been dispatched.

11. Cash on Delivery

We do not offer cash on delivery (COD) at this time. All orders must be paid for online before dispatch.

12. Healthcare Professional Samples

Doctors and clinics interested in receiving product samples for evaluation should email founder@aegisprotocol.in with "HCP sample request" in the subject line. Sample dispatches follow a separate logistics protocol.
